The book has perked up for me a little but a shame it is right at the end

I’ve really disliked a lot of this book but this point is finally able to to interest me

I really enjoyed the conversation between Theodora and Ms Jennings, the governess. It was a really sweet and connective moment between the two of them. I would like to see more of them together but I highly doubt.

There is honestly so much I dislike about this book in the short time I have been listening. Elias is still a whiney dick, Albert is kinda cool, and Theodora is just boring.

I honestly hate these two as a romance option. They should just be friends because honestly they act like siblings

I'm not liking any part of this really, excluding Vanessa. I hate that they keep bringing together Elias and Theodora when they actually cannot seem to stand each other. Plus Elias has been nothing but a horrible prick this whole time, why the fuck should I like him?

It may be early in the book but I could have sworn this was meant to be a romance? I’m confused about the ages in this - but will hold out thoughts for a while longer

I hated every second of that. I did not want any kind of sex scene between them to be honest

I hate the inconsistencies throughout each book, and hating it more when it’s by the same author.
Not a bad book overall but yeah. Just that mostly.

I like Aphrodite and I’m warming up to Zai. Basically most people who are not Lyra and Hades.

Wow. Hades being a massive dick for no fucking reason.
Then also the fucking line of “… hits me right in the feels.” WHAT FUCKING MILLENNIAL BULLSHIT IS THIS!? WHY IS THIS IN THIS BOOK!?

Honestly the characters piss me off more than anything. Lyra is whining and just not a good main character, and Hades is just horrible.
