Slowed waaaay down. It's getting harder to pick this book up anymore. Come on! I've got so many other books to read, just let me finish!

Pretty good second book of the series. Even though the first put is still there, there is a while new story unfolding.

Oh wow. Wow.

I have a horrible feeling that Chuck is going to die. :-{

Argh!! And now I have to wait until January got the final book!!!! WHY?!

Woah! Serious doubts about Allie's mom now and the "real" story about how she and Allie's dad got together. Wonder if she did something to him? Or took him to Wonderland at some point?

This series makes me want to re-read all of my favorite fairytales and imagine a darker side to them. Imagine if they were real but skewed by years of retellings trying to make them more "realistic" in our limited framework of what can be real.

Honestly I do not remember what page I am on of this book. Or if I ever really started it. It has been very hard for me to get into the series as a whole and I have forced my way through to this point. But honestly, I don't really care what happens to the main characters. I want to finish this book merely to finish the series and be able to say i read it...

I cannot go any further with this book. I may come back to it another time, but for now I am putting it aside.

AMAZING!!! Even though I am deeply saddened that this series is over (and IMO it could go on...I mean, come on?!) I am still left feeling like the chapter of Karou and Akiva is closed for now.

It's all coming back to me slowly so i am having a little difficulty getting into this book. But the writing is fluid and it makes for an easy read.

Not exactly the ending I was hoping for, but it was beautifully perfect just the same. Girl of Nightmares kept all of the grotesque characters and action as Anna Dressed in Blood.

Wow. I'm not even able to form a coherent thought yet. Let me clear the tears from my face and ...

Amazing already! I cannot believe I waited so long to pick up this book. I am not traditionally a contemporary fiction reader, preferring instead the literal escape of fantasy fiction. But this book is so heart-breakingly REAL. I am both enamored with the characters and scared to know their fate.

I am struggling to finish this one.

This is certainly not shaping up how I thought it would. :-(

Amazing! Nothing short of perfection. I was entranced by this fairytale retelling with a sci-fi twist. My only complaint is that it ended too soon. I need to find out what happens to Cinder and Kai.

Having not read any of the reviews for this book, I wasn't really sure what to expect. So far it's been a bit surprising but definitely interesting. If I were to say anything it would be that this is following maybe too closely to the original fairy tale. This seems to be keeping the same story line and plot and changed the characters. But time will tell.

This book is just not gripping my interest like the first did. Maybe taking a break from it will help.

Impactful. An honest and raw look at the pain experienced by so many young people.
