The semicolons are used before coordinating conjunctions, but also inconsistently after “Yes” or “No.” I love semicolons after those words.

I think the RAE, in its diccionario de dudas (?), continues to mention the use of semicolons together with coordinating conjunctions. Very cool. It makes sense because they start new, independent clauses!
