7 pages since the update moments ago and I'm tapping out and tossing it on the DNF pile. I can't do it, its so stupid.

I feel guilty because it was a gift but I can't take another page.

Meh. Too ridiculous for me to play make believe with this one.

I 'd started listening to the Freakslaw audiobook but from the very first line and the imagery Flett weaves with her words, this book was one I wanted to read and absorb instead.

After months atop a long neglected TBR mountain, Freakslaw has catapulted me back to reading and I dread the times I have to put it down.

Ordered online.
Judged the book by its cover, assumed it was a book of anthropomorphic pigeon comics.
Unfortunately, it is not.

Had my eye on this for years, and recently took the leap and purchased it.

I'm watching the series from the pilot and reading the book alongside. I'm only on Season 1, Episode 9.

I'd prefer the episodes presented by order of broadcast, not production, so I'm writing the episode number next to each as I watch. After 3 editions, the ToF should either be a table format with that info or a second list altogether.

Packing it in at chapter 3. I can't connect with the overly simple and unrealistic dialog, it's driving me batty.

Started this one on audiobook, switching over to print version.

I'm absolutely smitten with this book. I have the book, but the audiobook is fantastic, the best I have ever listened to. The personalities of the characters shines through, you can't help but find them endearing. The humour comes through as well, making me burst out in laughter often.

This is already one of my favourite books. ❤

Great story, I'm hooked. This one could possibly find its way into my collection.

I'm doing this one by audiobook. The narrator's rendition of Alex and his Swedish accent is distractingly terrible - I keep forgetting he's supposed to be Swedish.

I hope to see much more Zoje Stage.
