So... I cried.

Maven!! Please do not fail me. He's such a nice and cute boy. My heart can't handle this 😩. In other news, the book is slowly but surely working itself into my interest, and it has me intrigued to see what's coming next (definitely has nothing to do with Maven's character).

(Small spoiler!! Proceed with caution!!) To be honest, I wasn't expecting Mare to be paired with Maven, it was a twist that broke the slight disappointment i was feeling towards the plot. I just read chapter ten, but with the light insight to Maven's character, I'm hoping he develops as a good character and doesn't kill my heart.

Took me a few years to finally decide to read this. The first two chapters didn't exactly make me connect with it entirely, but now I went from page 30 to 96 in just a couple hours. So far, I'm enjoying the story, and Mare, and I can't wait to see how Cal's character develops and intertwines with Mare.

It's going well. It's keeping me entertained.
