Shane, who hasn’t seen Tim Reese since he was a teenager, yet, is scared of Tim. Shane is also in jail with other horrible people. He asked Brooke to stay away from Tim, whom she had seen the night before, and she agreed. Then she said this isn’t the first time she has lied to him. What does that mean?

Tim creeps me out. Were her parents trying to protect her from someone in her home town?? Maybe??? Is that why they treated her like that? I’m loving this book!!

The Kelli girl is weird and could be a suspect to me, but they were younger when it happened. Kelli also really likes Tim and may have been trying to get Brooke out of the way. The realtor who approached Brooke a few pages ago was Estelle Greenberg, who could be a suspect, I guess.

Sooo, loving this book so far. I think the inmate is innocent and maybe Tim did it, maybe because he couldn’t have her.

I like this book!! It’s very crazy, it has made me roll around and scream at the book!! Making me talk to my invisible audience :)
