Don't try to read this book straight through. Just read it a chapter at a time. It's better that way. I got annoyed with it because I was doing the opposite of what it's intended for, to help you slow down.

So far, a decent read. I find myself rushing through the predictably well-connected data and observations and the devotional insights, in defiance of the point. This author is convincing, articulate and well-read, and wants me to play, to abandon my list of to-dos. I hope I can do that by the end of the book.
