Hard to say just how much this book has blessed me as an inexperienced preacher. There is warmth and challenge, comfort and rebuke, all in good measure and all pointing to the awesome God that Christ reveals.
Everyone who engages with the Bible as a teacher should read this. They'll be encouraged at the end of every chapter and closer to their loving God. I need to start reading it again right now...
