Im taking this book slow and taking notes. The 2nd chapter gave good info on the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious minds. It allowed for me to reflect i little on what has been within my subconscious recently. This could be useful in the counseling field for me to gain a deeper understanding of these concepts

The preface seems to have grabbed my attention
