This is perhaps even more of a favourite, from all that it seems now, then The room of one´s own and that is saying something. To the extend of a deserved reaction - "Hold up her writing is this fire?!?"
Not that I hadn´t seen her incredible skills previously, that her flow and structure are comemorated in my brain as absolutely wonderful, but I just... dislike reading about annoying abusive husbands/men and so on.
