I liked the beginning and the fact that it is different stories together. I have a great interest in folk lore and the different retellings and stories of one character. I am currently at the part with robbert berman and I don’t like it as much as the other bits for the sole reason of the text. I already struggle with reading so the “miss” spelling of certain words is pulling me out of the story a little.

The story is picking up. I love the writing and I rly want them to find libby. Also I wonder how the death with Tristan works…

Intriguing,however I always find that Olivie Blake’s books always take a little while to get into the flow of reading. She writes very descriptively and obviously it’s also a fantasy so that’s always more difficult to grasp to begin with. Also it’s been over a year since I read the first book so while reading I have to re jog my memory every once in a while.

I am starting to like margret although I hope that Lolo and monmon find thier way back to thier mother. I feel rly bad and it makes me sad thinking of all the people that died.

Tragic. I’ve always had such a fascination when it came to the titanic and the was this story depicts the situation is just so sad. To think all those people and not even half of them were saved. The story is going much faster now, I just wish it hadn’t taken so long to be here.

I feel so bad for Marcella, her children taken from her and Micheal doesn’t even want them! And to know the boat will go down. Every time they stop or he gets a message I hope that marcella has managed to track him down and that her kids will be safe. Also I’m not a huge fan of Margaret, she’s a bit snobby, but idk if she’s going to be and accomplice of Michael or going to help the kids!

The story is interesting and I want to read more, however it is quite slow. I’m already halfway and only now the titanic has been mentioned, even though it’s sort of the “selling point” of the book. Other than that I like it
