Very rushed, terrible transitions. Hated the first story so far. Hope the other authors don't write like that.

I wonder if June ever discovers the truth about how her husband died and if she did, would she demand that Elizabeth be moved to a separate casket ? What happens then? If this is all for holy endings then how is Elizabeth's spirit feeling watching everything happen all these years and knowing she's buried with her abuser and her mom thought of the position as a happy memory? So many conflicts.

Lot of different characters introduced all at once. Clearly gonna follow each of their subplots to get to a main theme of this book but it's gonna give me a damn headache reading about how all of these people are gonna change their life views after a day of tragedy and not blame it on the trauma and revert
