Really down to the wire to finish this before our book club meets this weekend 😅

So far so good! Lawhon has some big shoes to fill after writing Martha Ballard

Promised myself that I would finallyyyyyy read this for the 25th anniversary, even though I know it will hands down be the hardest book I’ll ever read. 30 pages in and I’m already violently sobbing send help

Finally knocking off this mystery/thriller that's been on my TBR for over 10 years lol

There are so many choices here I still don't understand, but the story is compelling enough not to DNF.

Really enjoying this literary suspense. It’s reminding me a lot of God of the Woods

I love it when my two worlds collide: feminism and birding. It's shocking how quickly a bird obsession sneaks up on ya in your 30s

It's silly, it's fun, it's over the top. I'm definitely enjoying my time with this story

My most anticipated release of 2026 is finally here and no, I cannot remain calm about it

Ok wait this is so fun. Light and fluffy, and a total ode to growing up in the 90s

Alright Ilona you got me. I am the most sat and ready to have that 4th wall blown to pieces

Send help I remember absolutely nothing from the first book. Diving in anyway bc yolo
