Why did it take 64% in for the story to start. Also this book has no chance of being a five star now because chapter 34 specifically. Lazy.

Why is she the stupidest person I have ever “met” i dont know how she is even still alive. I truly feel like if she was left alone in a room she’d shove a fork in an outlet completely unprompted. Worst main character ever. I understand why people skip these books to get to the second trilogy. Honestly not worth the torture at this point.

I am not enjoying this at all. Contemplating DNF. It for sure won’t be higher than a three star. I’m feeling two star at the moment. I’m giving it a little longer and then giving up.

The annual reread of twilight is going well. Got a late start but I’m confident we can wrap this up tomorrow. 10/10 would recommend.

I only want to be in Eli’s point of view. And I also only want to read the dialog. Also “if you’re still hungry, that is” goes way deeper with context. It’s the only thing in 176 pages that I wanted to highlight.
