Honestly, I think it would be a great book if the editing was better. I like the representation of trauma and toxic family dynamics in this one, very very realistic. Yes, Marlinchen is annoying, but also, it makes perfect sense for her to be this way.

If I hear the word “breasts” one more time, I’m going to scream. Also, I’m starting to wonder if I’m as annoying as Marlinchen, I find too many similarities between us and I’m not sure that I like it.
