So far this is super interesting! The narrator does a great job explaining how it feels to be a sociopath and uses comparisons that would make sense to someone neurotypical or who is diagnosed with a personality disorder that is essentially the direct opposite, having too much feeling. So far my main qualms are with the therapist in the novel. They have an outdated and stigmatizing view of BPD.
