Also THE REPETITION….. the amount of times the same thing is mentioned is pissing me off. Author just adding words for the sake of it

Also there is so much repetition…. Every single chapter we have to be reminded of what Bernie did, saying she’s a monster over and over again. This is book 3…. We’ve seen and heard this since book 1…. After a while it loses meaning. Respectfully I don’t want to keep re reading THE SAME THING. Move the story on man

Same thing over and over again. We start with where we left off, at the airport then we move onto flashback, present, flashback. I’m not annoyed or anything but I’m just tired of the constant SMUT.

So I finished. Very overwhelmed with the amount of things Kade goes through. Especially since his chapters are more story telling and we can actually see what he’s going through. Stacey on the other hand is a very complicated closed off person. I find it harder to sympathise with her since her chapters are mostly about Kade or SMUT. Overall I will move on to the next book. Wish me luck

I have a few problems but also the story is making me feel some type of way. Dnf at 33%. This book is just very flat. There is so much happening, so many mafia names…. I can’t keep up. There is also nothing interesting going on. It feels like acc words on paper. In those chapters I’ve read idk what has hit me but nothing that actually STUCKS with me happened.
