i've gotten the vibe from some videos i've watched about lotr that some people don't enjoy tom bombadill. i love his character i would say he's definitely in my top eight so far.

i put this book down for quite a while but now i am back in new determination to finish it and i've been going through it real fast (probs cause it's a children's book) and i really enjoy it. i look forward to finishing and moving onto chamber of secrets.

very good writing, i really enjoy it so far but i do wish more was happening.

it's taking a while to start, but i enjoy how much description it gives.

i literally can't put this book down. it's addicting i live the writing, the humor, ughhh it's just so good.

very good book, i really like it. i like the constant comparisons to like worlds most beautiful girl and worlds best kiss and those akin to that. inigo's backstory is very sad. fezzik's seems like it's going to be sad.

this man fooled me. i was fooled. i really thought that s. morgenstein was real and that florin was a real place. oh my god i hate this guy already why is he so mischievous like this?

it's so good and so funny. the only critique i have is it's really hard for me to get back into it when i sit down to read it after putting it down for a little bit.

i want to do very bad, very mean things to mr. wickham. anyone who is a wickham apologist should be put in intense therapy.

very good, very funny. i'm on mr. bennet's side though i can see why mrs. bennet would be so stressed.

love the descriptions of hagrid and how much contrast there is in the way he treats harry as compared to how the dursley's treat harry.

i mean it's a universally loved kid's book so there's not much commentary to make on it. however i am wondering why a brazilian snake is speaking spanish and calling harry "amigo". wouldn't he be more likely to speak english than spanish or (most importantly) portuguese? or am i stupid and getting something confused?

i'm trying to get through at least a chapter a day of this but i don't know anymore. i liked the beginning but lord henry is so fucking annoying. he's like a walking fake deep tumblr post and he's making dorian fake deep tumblr post jr.. and this shit is rank with antisemitism holy shit if i had known this before i don't think i would've read it.

okay i can definitely see why so many people like this book. it is a little hard to understand, but that's only because i'm not used to reading classics. loving the little lines about darcy and elizabeth's interaction. and not to be the person that watches the movie before the book but i don't know why i never picked ip on the whole jealousy thing with miss bingley.

i'm just about to start chapter five and i really like it. it's funny, it's not too full of itself i like it yeah.

i've just finished chapter three, and it's good but not like oh my god holy shit i need to consume more and more of this. i'm hoping that it picks up more in chapter four or five. i also hatehatehate Lord Henry.
