this really picked up in the 2nd 3rd of the book. Really racing to the end at this point. It went a totally different direction than i thought it would

Still a little slow but def want to finish it

Its certainly interesting. Reminds me a lot of mistborn

this book will attack you but is a fantastic read in terms of taking care of yourself and others

fantasy fall begins, i am liking this one

OK another stem book for the baddies!! Engineer FMC wins the lottery and is also headhunted for a lucrative stem job

Catch me finishing this so that I can read the new prequel that i bought in boston!!!

Will i ever finish this? Maybe but its so much history of the entire region/empire and i was actually most interested in the plague

I am taking up this quest again for several reasons
1. Its fantasy fall again
2. I just acquired the new prequel which is surprisingly short
3. I must get it off my reading list

listen i'm all for a kinda horny slow burn but like i don't understand where this is going and how it's going to work out for them.... like how do you ever bring home the guy who killed your sister????

ALSO why do they only get closer when she's inebriated and he's somehow always fine???

Im coming back to this one too so i can finish and start other stuff but its kinda getting better??

they are starting the plague content which is what i was excited for but certainly doing a lot of micro recap... which... i'm def not a lay audience

Slow but interesting. I like the short chapters

this is fun! the writing is very YA and very familiar but it's fun!
