DNF - don’t really know why . I just stopped reading it one day & have had no interest in picking it back up . Confusing really, cause I enjoyed reading it while I was .

DNF I can’t go on. This is so fucking cheesy . Story line could have been good . But this isn’t my thing. Corn ball. Amateur.

“What the fuck was that?” “we just had an enemy missiles locked on us from the ground” “Are you serious?” “yeah sometimes they just fuck with us last week They were launched on us but missed.” we were seconds away from being blown to bits by an enemy & they just shrugged it off like it was a normal every day occurrence because for them it was that’s when I realized holy shit we’re in a war zone.

“I read an article in maxim about a US special forces team that went to Iraq kidnapped a suspected leader walked him in a small box and forced him to listen to the loud music for hours to extract information. It was called sensory overload. The article listed a number of artist songs were used, and there was blink-182. Our music was an instrument of torture. Must’ve been Cheshire Cat”

My imagination was in high gear. I wasn’t even anxious about anything in particular that I could feel my brain searching for things to worry about sometimes I’d worry that I was worrying too much. I thought I understood how deep the well of my anxiety was, but parenthood was about to show me that it was far deeper than I could have ever possibly imagined.”
