I love this book so much like genuinely, it’s written so beautifully. I was literally in tears, im so moved by it honestly. mayxaano the woman you are, bilaal’s backstory is so tragic as well, nothing could’ve prepared me for that.

I liked the first short story, but the second one is falling short because some of the sentences don’t sound natural.

really easy to get through, pretty fast paced. I also liked how it starts in the present, and then we get flashbacks from the past initially as Roya reliving it.

really like it so far, making me think about my perspective and how to view life. banger quotes and references!! I also like the pictures added when talking about architecture
