Prince Basil the fifth of Reddengrad, son of King Albert and heir to the throne of Reddengrad reminds me of the plant. It doesn't help that he is eating supper with Kestra, because now I'm thinking of basil the plant.

I've read the Ascendance Series and all of Nielsen's historical fiction books, but I have yet to read any of her other series. So now I am reading this one. AND let me tell you it is amazing! The arrogance and rude comments of Kestra remind me of Sage.

I read Enola Holmes and the Black Barouche a while ago and loved it. I didn't know what book in the series it was, but I was perfectly fine reading it by itself. Saw this one at the library, so now I might read the whole series.

I'm on page 160 because my addition has 206 pages, soooo..........

This is taking me longer to read than it should, but it is good!
