Looking for a specific book rec! something with prayers in it (like valley of vision, but easier to understand) for morning quiet time. Probably in devo format, maybe with a journaling option to write out more personal prayers.

I am over four hours into this audiobook and I keep having to listen to it on a faster speed because it is the slowest moving book I have ever read. Very hopeful the second half turns into an actual thriller.

This small book packs a huge punch

The word contrarily is being thrown around quite a bit. I see how this is an interesting read but the writing feels like it’s trying very hard to be cinematic and deep. Maybe it is?
