it shows deep into the mind of a child fighting delusions really, it's dark but very enlightening. I enjoy listening to him talk about the illusions he processes throughout the book. I enjoy books that don't have a direct theme or point and this is one of them. it is just a sick child that struggles with his grasp on reality.

25 min at school. I'm starting to enjoy the book. shyima is beginning to think independently and open up to her therapist, and her story is very interesting. the beginning of the book was hard to get through, but its began to get very good.

still pretty boring. conformity is seen when The Girl sees the other servants being silent,so she begins to speak up less and less.

so boring. i fell asleep while i was reading it, the main character has no personality, the only thing that was talking about for the whole 25 minutes i was reading was how she wanted to go to school. like okay? get on with itttt.
