i like to dive into books without knowing what they’re about. i wasn’t prepared for this to hit so close after losing my brother a month ago. but in a way it was healing. reading about all the loss and the love. grief works in weird ways. this book gave me some perspective and relief as well as reminding me that the pain might stay forever but we must go on.
overall the story was good, the message was better.
