i wanted to read a typical mafia romane to get back into reading (because im in a book slump)

but there where many controversial sentences about israel and palestine and it was … yikes. I am thinking about finishing the book but this will be the last book i will be reading from Sophie Lark.

im bored

i’m so confused if i like this book or not.

this book is really beautifully written and the story is so engaging but i kinda force myself to read it. i don’t know why, i don’t understand why. maybe because the chapters are too long? i don’t know let’s see

this is the first book after a long long time that i am excited to continue reading and where i am not checking how many pages there are left in the chapter 🥹🥹

i read some reviews that it was kinda boring to read the same plot as the 2 previous books, but I personally really enjoy currently to see loren’s ans lily’s pov in all the drama and all the things that happened in the other books + you even learn new things so i am really excited how the next chapters are going to be especially with the daisy and ryke plot hihi 🤭
