I'm almost 3 hours in this 13-hour-audiobook and I've eyerolled several times already. I'm 32 years old and find it _really_ hard to believe the leads could be this repressed at the age of 40. I'm not trying to age-shame or anything, but this feels so out of touch with the reality. The story is cheesier than many of the young-adult books i've consumed, which are _a lot_ tbh. I'm seriously surprised this is a series.

Bu cümle neden beni rahatsız etti tam olarak anlayamasam da çok itici geldi bir an.

Stop with the mommy dearest mentions already! We get it, the mom's gonna turn up. Enough. She hasn't mentioned her mother in the previous 4 books as much as she did in these 50 pages. It gets old and annoying fast.

I feel... Proud might be the word I'm looking for, that the main character is Turkish, has a Turkish name that nearly no one can pronounce correctly. It's all too familiar. I have to admit I like running into my culture in unexpected places.

Finding out this book is a Pride & Prejudice retell was the biggest spoiler ever for me. I mean, it's not a secret, even mentioned in the description but I had just picked up this book because I liked the name "EPIC FAIL", it sounded like a fun book. I wish I figured the resemblence on my own, now it seems like all the fun is gone :( But I am a Jane Austen fan, so I'm hoping it'll swirl me in. We'll see.

erkekler kisminin bana ilk kisim kadar hitap etmemesi dogal bence. deniz'in de diyecegi gibi, itz onli feğr. bitse de gitsek demlerine geldim kitabın, biraz erken oldu ama yapacak bir şey yok.
