I swear Bella Swan is way more competent in this book than she is in the movie?? I finished up the baseball game and the introduction of the coven of three and now Bella, Alice and Jasper are in Arizona trying to keep Bella safe. And tell me why i was shocked to read that Bella was the one to make the plan instead of the Cullens?? Bella Swan you genius, the movie hid your sneaky talents from the world for too long

Finished chapter 16! Bella learned about Carlisle’s history, his discovery of the vampiric vegetarian lifestyle, a little bit about the Voltiri, and we got to see Edward’s room!

Meet the cullens! Edward and bella have a sorta sleepover and bella got to go over to his house to meet his family! No Rosalie or Emmet but we got to meet everyone else! The tale end of the chapter we got to hear Carlisle’s history on how he was turned!

Finished chapter 14! Edward talked about his own personal history, long with some information about the relationships between Rosalie and Emmett, and Jasper and Alice. Edward revealed he watched bella sleep … FREAK … he’s lucky bella’s into that

temple of isis 🙌 sign me up for some cults i’m ready … jk jk i love the beginnings of interpreting her weird dreams and the fact that she’s technically higher up in the temple hierarchy than the other girls. I also love her struggle with religion and even how she flucuates from fully believing and disecting her belief into something digestable and comfortable so she doesn’t feel overwhelmed with doubt.
