Got this book randomly and enjoying the author's story as a person and journalist. The title made me think this would be a sappy love story but it's not at all. I'm pleasantly surprised at how much I'm enjoying this easy read.

Still flipping through this book. Some recipes are delicious but some are just not. Most of the recipes I tried needed seasoning. But still there are a few things I'll make again. FOK nooch sauce and roasted veggies is a favorite.

This is a good walk down Adlerian lane written in an easy to understand narrative form. It's reminding me, as a therapist, how important Adlerian psychology is especially when juxtaposed with CBT work.
