I’m getting close to where I got stuck the last few times attempting to read it. How far until I get sucked in and can’t put it down?

I’ve started this book 5 times now, let’s see if I get through it this time.

Meh so far. Considering dnf

***Spoiler***. Im reaching the 2nd 3rd-act breakup. The MMC just threatened to murder the FMC. So do we really want them to end up together? I have 30 minutes left of this book. Please let it end swiftly.

So at first I thought it was cute but as the story has gone on the FMC began to give me the ick.
I thought, well the MMC isn’t too bad, and then he says “I’ve had many conquests” referring to relationships with women and now I have the ick from both of them. I feel like I’ve invested too much time so I’m going to finish this book but pray for me.

I am throughly enjoying this book so far. I liked the first book but I am LIVING for the 2nd in this series.

No mention of pickles yet. I feel lied to.
