Absolutely amazing. Scott Snyder really gets Batman, maybe he leans far too into the Batgod of it all for some, but he understands that underneath all the angst is a broken kid trapped in pain, and he can get that sadness across very well. Just because the game is rigged doesn’t mean you stop playing

I’m on issue 5 right now and having fun. Like the upcoming “Lanterns” show this is Green Lantern in the American heartland, but: no ring, no emotional spectrum. Atleast that’s how it looks right now.

I like the idea of this being set in the New Republic era which I believe means post the Original Trilogy. Synopsis says stuff about the Hutts and probably a mob/criminal underworld element so that sounds cool. I want Breaking Bad in outer space

Also who killed JFK?

I own a physical copy of this book. I love the Flash and it’s a pretty good celebration of the legacy of the Flash. I thought it was a little misleading at first since the 80 years part is meant to correlate with Jay Garrick’s creation. Which is fine, I think Jay is great too, just thought at first the 80 years was a reference to Barry Allen, so a little misleading there but all in all really cool so far.

Venom meets Time Travel

I liked Thomas Wayne in Justice League Incarnate and like that it’s referenced a bit in here. I don’t really understand Hypertime or the Divine Continuum
