Audiobook is really good at dragging you into Lynette's paranoia but tbh I'm still annoyed that the only final girl to die so far is Adrienne, who is also the only Black woman in the group. I thought Hendrix was going to subvert more tropes, but maybe I'm wrong and there's a twist and she's still alive. Or more of them will die. But right now, annoyed.

on the chapter about the jews (which should really be about ashkenazi jews) and i'm struggling a bit with how lavin is presenting us as a united front in the antiracism movement, which is partially true- jews were definitely in the coalition, but to me its not a great thing that the naacp was led by a white jewish man- but its not the whole story.
