I know this book is called “ghost “ in reference to ghosting relationships but I fear this story is only set back by the romance, and all the other complexities alderton examines are what make it truly enjoyable.

I really really wanted to like this one especially after waiting so long to get my hands on it. But honestly I’m not really drawn to any of the characters and the plot is so convoluted and hard to follow. Yes, it did ultimately bring me to tears, but only out of frustration and fear rather than admiration. I hope it gets better as the story moves along🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Not only am I loving this book, Im also obsessed with how skillfully this story is structured. This book is super short, but in the 127 pages I’ve read it doesn’t cut corners Nor Does it drag. I’m fully engaged in shut a short time. The characters are so wonderful, I am eager to see how this family history continues to unfold.
