This is another case of Rachel did not read the description before she starting reading the book and now she doesn't want to waste the library loan.

I just started this but the cover is EVERYTHING

Listening to the audiobook of this and I ran out of hours on Spotify -_- I didn't even know that was a thing?? I'm sticking with libby next time.

This has fallen by the wayside but I'm going to finish it because I liked where it was heading.

I've been in a major reading slump (I haven't finished a book yet this MONTH) and this is bringing me back to life

I am in such a slump after getting my wisdom teeth out and a big chunky fantasy was probably not the best choice lol

I think I've oversaturated myself on romance in preparation for romance con. Slump city over here.

Tbh I'm kind of hating this

I love a good Will Trent moment, thrilling but never too surprising. And I just can't help but have a soft spot for Will <3

I do actually like this one but I keep falling asleep reading it (not its fault)

Well folks, I sense a new obsession forming. I'm only half way through this but I am really liking it so far :))

I am pretty much halfway to the end of this book which is technically the last book in the series. It is actually making me want to cry knowing that this will be the end. This is my comfort series. I know that some side characters will die, but never my besties. I also think this will end the way I hypothesized which is nice, but I still want MORE :(

I am really dragging my feet to finish this book. I think its because I've been to anxious to sit down and read but it also just hasn't been hitting for me. I think I will switch over to another series for a couple books as palate cleaner after this one.

I am only using this series as a filler at this point since they have it available on Hoopla.

I made the mistake of looking at reviews for this book and I am not excited

I’ve been in a bit of a reading slump and by that I mean I keep starting books and giving up on them really quickly. This I believe has cured me of this ailment but will double down on the suffering immediately after 💖

I'm going to be honest, I am getting a bit frustrated with books where things get worse and worse and worse and worse. Like jesus christ, I realize that life is like that but this is a fictional story.

Key things: very millennial, mentions my most hated trees, and hates on people with hobbies

Pierce Brown, literally how could you? I am taking a 2-day hiatus from this book because I am so distraught it cannot be good for my help. Adding this to my list of books I cannot read while driving because my reactions are dangerous.

This is basically the same book as every other fae romantasy ever. I really enjoy fantasy with romance but these are getting very, very stale. I feel like these books rely too heavily on tropes and dumb fmc. This is not a bad book per se, but it offers nothing new to the genre and I am so sick of a naïve young woman meeting a powerful (or old) man.

How DARE you, Cassandra Clare. HOW DARE YOU DO THIS TO ME. I am falling to pieces. How could you? I AM DEAD INSIDE.
