Finally Walt gets the spotlight! Finally we have a path (no matter how winding and forked it may be), an actual future, for Walt and Danielle and their friendship/relationship!!! Can’t wait to see where it goes from here. Definitely wasn’t how imagined getting to this point what so ever. Cannot say I’m truly taken or “ship” the idea of how it came to be either, but I am excited to see how it all plays out.

Not sure why it comes as a surprise to some that Walt is a ghost, since in Chapter 2 there are clues such as " . . .if he was a living man. . ."

Not sure why people have NO issue with the sexism and racism present in this book, but protest others that have far less.

Finally got slightly interesting in Chapter 9

So SLOW. I get why people think this is a rip-off of hunger games and other books. I for one see a bunch of other books influence within this one. "Break the chains." LOL Okay, Game of Thrones. Hunger Games, with the flower, the hanging, lashings, etc. . .

*Yawn* The struggle is real. Trying my best to "dive" into this one but not finding anything to connect with really. I agree so far that this is a comes off as a knock off of the hunger games but even less.

Casting Ruins - Simply amazing short story! Love, ancient magic, death, revenge. The making of a perfect story.

Even in Fantasy Novels, some men are just completely clueless.

So far, it's been pretty lackluster. Great concept, just sort of blah when it comes to the execution of it. I've yet to find a connection with any characters.
