Prequel to black tongue thief. Reviews suggest it’s not as good but I’m enjoying it so far.

Started this last year back when I first began reading red rising, but got hooked on that series. Just restarted though and it’s pretty interesting so far. The intro was pretty neat and I’ve heard this book is the closest thing to dark souls in book form, so how could this be bad?? I also like the author’s other series and admire his writing.

Hangar 17B… I’ve heard of this chapter yet I’m still at a loss for words man. So close to the end and then I join the waiting room for the final book 😓

Started this on Saturday but I’ve been 2 lazy to update. This cover is phenomenal

Shit got so crazy in ways I couldn’t have even imagined

Some actually insane events are under way. Important characters are meeting their end in grisly manners. I guess people weren’t lying when they said this book was much darker, I like it though.

“Should the Void take you, celebrate, my friends. For before death, there was glory.”

The prologue started out nuts and so far a lot of build up for what I can only expect to be some wild ass battles. Highly looking forward to these next few chapters.

Utterly heartbreaking chapter 💔 idk if I’m being played for a fool yet but I hope so.. events from a previous book are soon to unfold in a wild way

Actually a big fan of the different POVs. None of them are particularly boring to read about, they’re all interesting in their own way.

Haven’t updated in 200+ pages but I’m still reading. I’m liking this book, it’s definitely more on the political side of things with less action but still a great read 👍🏽

I’m digging the new povs but the Darrow chapters always gonna hit
