this book is starting to stress me out which is EXACTLY what i thought it was gonna do so it’d doing it right. i’m enjoying a lot so far, and for a YA novel i’m loving how there has been ZERO romance drama. that’s rare to find in a YA book. there hasn’t even been any MENTION of romance from anyone bc the situation is just so serious. (although i do sense a mild sub plot brewing 🤭🤭)

this book is getting to me. something about this style of more down to earth somewhat realistic (in the behavior of people, not in the nature of the apocalypse) apocalypse books always get to me.

lowkey enjoying more than the first book

this audio book is 24 hours long i listened to sm but hardly made a dent 💔💔

libby had a 12 week wait on this audio book and i waited and waited bc i could
not focus on the first one untill i had it in audio and j predict this to be the same and IVE FINNALY GOT IT

so far less cringe than anticipated, i few months back i tried to reread legend but literally COULD NOT bc of cringe so i was afraid all of her books would also only be good if your 12, but this is ok so far

bro i was promised space. romance. and scary. and i’ve got none of that except a bit of space. I NEED MORE. but it is entertaining so it’s not BAD it’s just not what i was hoping for

good but not nearly as scary as the reviews implied, moderately disappointed so far

this is taking me ages bc really gotta put all my focus in as the writing style is not very easy to read quickly. probably bc it was translated from chinese it just makes some of the writing feel awkward and it doesn’t flow very well when reading like its good but it’s taking me sooo long

finally reading it after it’s sat on my shelf for a year and i forgot i had it
