Super fun but a little language

I struggle with non fiction but this one is good so far

Super cool story but kinda dirty so far. We’ll see if i finish it.

The twists! The turns!

Really great so far. It seems like the author’s writing matured a lot between this and book one, and of course it’s always nice to jump into the story without world building.

This book isn’t for the faint of heart, or stomach

This is one of the craziest books I’ve ever read. It’s like one of those rated r western movies that my mom got mad at my grandpa for watching in front of us. Cowboys, Indians, Mexicans, Texans, women, sheriffs, and a cattle drive. Sadly probably won’t finish before my Libby loan is up because it’s 900+ pages but man. What a ride and only at 35%.

Chapter 38🫣🫨😮‍💨😟😱

Enjoying it so far! There was a Good monologue about predestination vs free will and turns out the author is a Christian so that’s cool.

I think I’m gonna take a break from this series for a bit.

At this point in the series, I have nothing new to report. The stage has long been set and the story continues.

Don’t get me wrong, this is great writing. I just feel like it’s dragging on a bit. Maybe the end will redeem it.

Picked this one up for like 99 cents in a 6 pack of the series after finishing Tarzan. Sci fi written in 1917…. Very interesting so far. Not sure if I like it or not.
