I like getting to know Jane Fairfax, and she is more likeable than Emma. But, it is getting a bit long…still reading it but slow going.

Listened, not read. Could not finish. Tale did not hold my interest.

Could not connect with or appreciate the characters or their stories. Writing is good, and structure of story is interesting. Tried listening and reading the book. Stopped halfway through it. ah well. Loved Tom Lake!
