Whelp no matter what else I think about this book that quote is pure gold and I might actually get it tattoo’d on my body. That is all.

Starting off strong. I’m very intrigued so far.

Though I will say Schwab’s other book I’ve read - The Invisible Life of Addie La Rue - also hooked me at the beginning. That book I ended up not finishing because the main character was incredibly annoying and the plot started to bore me about halfway through.

Im hopeful that Schwab turns this series into something more interesting.

I truly don't know if I can finish this ... the writing is terrible. How did it get so many positive reviews?

Im on chapter 2 and already Murderbot is the most relatable protagonist I think I’ve ever read. Even though they are indeed a genderless…robot. Cyborg? I’m amazed by this writing, it’s super engaging.

Ok the first chapter read like a movie script. Not a fan. Although I want to like the plot from what I’ve read of it so I’ll keep reading…

Wow! Immediately hooked me. I’m finding it hard to put down already. What an interesting premise and well-built world.

Started this via Audiobook. Might switch to physical book - it seems so well written but it was hard to get into listening.

Not a “finish in one day” kind of book but it started interesting and I’m excited to see where it goes.

Got about half way through, decided not to finish. I really love the authors other books but this one just never picked up for me
