Oh this ones gonna hurt huh?

I can already tell this will be a 5 start book for me. Its almost making me want to re-read the main trilogy. I haven’t gasped this much reading a book in a minute. Can always count on Suzanne to be a good writer.

So far i am enjoying this more than the first book. I think i figured out one of the plot twists already but god i hope im wrong because it would be so messed up.

Just started & it seems promising.

At first i thought that maybe this book wasn’t for me. It wasn’t grabbing my attention like other stories have but im glad i didn’t give up on it. The ending definitely picks up more!

If this book doesn’t pick up or get interesting by 25% in then i will DNF it. I can only force myself to read a book for so long before i throw the towel. LIFES TOO SHORT TO READ A BOOK YOU AREN’T ENJOYING!

I dont think im emotionally ready for this book but here goes nothing 😭

I originally picked up the spinoff series to get glimpses of my husband Warner of course but wait… why am i eating this up now?

Slowly but surely. Shes picking up a little.

MY GOD, JULIA?!?! this has been a wild ride so far.

I have mixed feelings about this book. I know its a favorite for many people and i definitely understand the appeal but based on how often this book is rated so high i was expecting.. more? I will say that It is beautifully written and i do love a good period piece.
