My Jace seemed devastated by Clary telling him to not kiss him and that she’s basically grossed out by the fact they have feelings for each other. I get her rejection is extremely hard on him, especially rn, but still weird

Jace is crazy. I’m under the impression that he doesn’t fully believe they are siblings. I’m glad somebody confronted Clary with the weird Simon relationship & the hidden feelings for Jace. I did NOT expect him to suggest they be together in secret. Weird. I understand that this love is unlike anything he’s ever experienced and probably is desperate to hold onto that love, no matter the circumstances

Oh. My. God… The way Jace kissed her was intimate, hot, passionate, and longgggg. They both enjoyed that too much lol. Ik they aren’t actually siblings but it’s still weird because they don’t know that yet

My poor baby Jace wanted to pick a fight and feel the physical pain over the emotional pain. He went to see the one person could understand his mixed feelings about Valentine. He’s so hurt rn it makes me sad for him

Now clary, Luke, and his pack found and stormed valentines compound. They found Jocelyn locked up but under a sleeping spell. Clary went to find Jace but he didn’t want to leave. Jace told Clay that his father was alive and what hodge told him was a lie. Valentine was his father. Jace doesn’t know that clary’s father is also Valentine…

Okay so Luke was leader somewhere near Idris. Anywho, it seemed that valentine didn’t know about Clary. This whole chapter was Luke yapping about the past. Much needed too

In the book, Luke is already the leader of the pack. Different from the show. Luke showing up to save Clary from Hodge is new too. Clary finding out Luke is a werewolf is not. I’m excited to hear the “whole” story that Luke is talking about

HODGE DID IT! He betrayed everyone by giving the cup to Valentine. He summoned him by using Jace’s ring. He gave him the cup in exchange for the curse on him to be broken. Valentine gave Hodge something that will end the curse that makes him soo scared all the time. Valentine looked at an unconscious Jace;“ he’ll be with his father soon, where he belongs.” How was Jace left unconscious?¿

Going back to madam Dorothea’s house was very different. She was possessed by a greater demon and the fight scene was so much different. No mention of Bach or music frequencies like the movie. Simon to the rescue too! Then have not understanding he’s falling for Clary. THEN Hodge started acting weird once he saw the cup. THEN had Hugo try to attack Clary!

Idr when in the movie this happened but the phrase is taken right of the book :)
