This is a case of it’s me (maybe?) not you… but I’m going to soft dnf this one. It is a little too desperate. Not liking the AI stuff, not liking the body shaming stuff. It’s just not working for me.

Good grief. As a HUGE fan of Adrienne Young I was so excited for this one but 25% in and I’m struggling with wanting to give up. It’s so bad and so so boring and slow.

Omg this is so good…. I want to stay up and finish so bad. Dang responsibilities.

I just realized this is my 3rd Lisa Jewell book and the other two I rated 2 stars and this is well on its way to the same rating. Do I dnf? I hate this guy and these women and this story. I don’t think she’s the author for me.

You guys really liked this book? This is nothing but privilege and feigning being poor but still getting everything you’ve ever wanted without much effort. I’m not sure I can continue. 😫

Restart! By no fault of the book…

I promised myself if I wasn’t feeling a book,I need to put it down. So for now - soft DNF. I may come back to this one but it’s working too slow for me right now.

This is going to crush me, I probably shouldn’t be reading this before a my kids’ snowboard team season starting… it has a pretty horrific ski accident and it takes place in Colorado. 😣
