Tbh it shouldn't be called dark romance, it's just... dark lol. But I'm still eating it up 🔪

I've been reading pretty much only fantasy/romantasy recently, so I'm hoping that dark romance will break the streak of DNFs and reading slump 🤞🏻

My tolerance is so low I feel like DNF'ing this...

So far... not great. Feels like a lot of lore dumping and word repetitions. Going to keep pushing though!

Trying to get my "Currently reading" down to one. Then, I want to have a maximum 1 per format - physical, audiobook and e-book. I always say I'm a mood reader - but maybe I'm one because I usually have 10+ books in progress so it's just feeling overwhelmed?

Working in a library is fun until you end up with 40+ loans and no time to read them all.
