Book friends! Any adult horror/thriller/mystery books that you think are teen (14-18) appropriate? My students are looking for some good books!

It’s giving TFIOS, which I loved in high school, but I read Looking for Alaska this past summer and hated it. I want to DNF because I simply do not think this book is meant for a non high school student, but I’ll finish what I can before book club.

Centered on a woman in science, also a mother, overlooked by her male counterparts and judged by her appearance, this book is soooo good so far.
