Im literally so f*cking annoyed with this book. #3 was hard enough.. this is somehow worse.

Wtf even is the plot. I really enjoyed the first 2 books but idk what is even going on anymore or why it takes a billion fking years for a minute to pass. Also... there is such a thing as too many mentions of curling muscles in the nether regions.

So f**king cute. I love it.

In the middle of chapter one and I already hate it :/ such a different vibe from the first book. Like give me story, not senseless smut. At least it made sense in book one and progressed the story forward with each scene.

I am surprised by how much I'm enjoying this book.

idk why it's so freaking hard for me to get through this. Everyone's raving about this series and I'm ... struggling. I finally just switched over to the audiobook version and put it on 2x speed HOPING that helps. It does help to listen to it on commutes, still getting things done while attempting to get past whatever it is that I'm not digging. idk. send help.

ugh............ having such a hard time here. The wings are so cringe. The explicit scenes are also so cringe. idk. I'm trying so hard to fall in love with this series. So far there's only one element that I really liked and it's already passed.

Sticking my fingers into ALL OF THE PIES this glorious season as I read 5 books all at once! Depending on time of day and activity... this series is competing with a virginal read through of ACOTAR so we'll see which will win my favor!

FAST PACED with unusual qualities of characters in some surprising ways. I am immediately curious as to how the MFC will redeem herself and survive in a brand new world.

I'm trying SO hard to enjoy this but I literally cringe and can't connect with each new element or detail revealed.

My first DNF (at least for now). Just can't.

I really admire Kova's writing.. I find myself highlighting mundane sentences because they're written so beautifully.

not a fan of this genre at all. starting this book while having completionist ocd was the reason I didn't touch my kindle for 3 months. this may be the first book I shelf without finishing

Easy read so far but a little on the meh side for me personally. With this book I've learned so far that I really like enemies to lovers trope as I feel mad disappointed to find a lack of it.

I had to pause reading and come here to update my experience because I've noticed the first hard-to-avoid plot issue. The mc is sadly expressing that her Beau hasn't asked for something he just asked for in the last chapter.

Omg I've been impatiently awaiting the release of this book.... Enjoying it thoroughly! Can't put it down which makes me a little anxious how quickly I'm burning through it. Love love love love love it. Engrossing as all hell.

This installment is packed full of drama and action! The previous book took me a while to get through... I can't believe I'm already 65% through.

having such a hard time trying to make myself read this book. maybe if I didn't continuously put it odd and read others in between, I'd be easier. But I'm just not really feeling the political/war content.

I am enjoying the story but HOLY DUCK I AM SO ANNOYED BY THE WORD "THOUGH" THAT APPEARS EVERY FIVE SECONDS. JFC. That small detail is ruining the experience. Trying my best and counting to ten.
