It is a very well written book but a little too disturbing for my tastes. I am having trouble reading it because I dread what is going to happen to the poor kid next.
I have read the first 150 pages and there are and I’m determined to get through the next 273.
I’d appreciate any encouragement from someone who had read the book.

Hard to believe this was written in the early '70s. L'Engle is ahead of her time talking about DNA etc.

Great Book and relevant to the times

I'm enjoying this author. wonderful dialogue
