I fear time travel is afoot.
2 months have passed for one set of characters and about 20 minutes for the other.
A lot of the book is absurd, so I’m wondering if this is also supposed to be absurd or if it’s just weird writing.

I suspect they will link up, but why is this two completely different stories? I like them both, but am confused.

It’s been a minute since a book made me laugh

It’s moved from ghost story to thriller and the supernatural horror aspect is declining.
I’m still enjoying it, but the first 2/3 of the book were my absolute favorite

I know the latest twist was a plot devise where the characters are just supposed to be blind. However, lol, 2026 is screaming about male hubris and idiocy
