I find myself in a place where Portugal crowns their next 7 wonders for 2026 😅, a national finale I could see live, a room where a person named Bruna forgot to log off Netflix (thank you Bruna!) so I could watch Enola Holmes 3 or I could read. Orrr I just do all three of them :D

Murder!

I always wondered how goodreads handled time zones. Now that I'm in a different time zone it is interesting to see that even past updates are shown on the day fitting the time zone you're currently in. Makes sense but it is funny to see a book I finished on the 10th now showing 9th 😅

I wasn't planning on reading medieval high fantasy back to back but here we are.
I found this book in the place I was staying, this month, winter 2016 in Invercargill, read the first chapter, had to leave the book and never continued. Ten years later, it's about time I finally read it.

- Alicent is nine years older than Rhaenyra -> it was more a stepmother/daughter relationship than friends. Also they almost have no interactions.
- Rhaena's story changed completely
- even more sons and dragonriders that are left out in the show
