Girl, you have never written anything short, right? That external googledoc is anything but a summary. Anybody followed her advice and reread the first 25 chapters? And why at this point? There are still two flashback's left. If you wanted the readers to have the flashback knowledge before reading the first 25 chapters, why didn't you go for the chronological order? It doesn't make any sense.
