Lowkey really not loving this so far. Disappointed compared to books 1 and 2 and FMC is getting really irritating

I literally hate Henri so much it’s actually killing me. Diem is being such an idiot

I’m definitely dragging this book out way longer than it needs to be but it honestly is a hard read….

Really loving this book so far. I really struggle with my anxiety and letting it rule my life and so taking control and building resilience is what I’m working towards! This book gives real life examples and actual instruction in applying practices to real life and I’m taking my time with each one.

Don’t tell my mom this but this is really dragging for me…. Not loving her having a whole affair and picking/choosing when to care or feel bad 😭 idk how this will pan out lol but it’s getting repetitive and kind of boring 🫣

Honestly it’s taking me a long time to get through…. I can’t seem to figure out what is going on in Claire’s head lol

Unbelievable and heartbreaking and amazing and awful and unforgettable… and lowkey traumatizing lol
